There are NO PARTIES permitted in the house at any time.
This is a family rental only, parents, grandparents, children and extended family members.
Tenant and family will be sole occupants of the property.
No fraternities, high school or college student groups, unmarried young adults, civic groups or other non-family groups aloud.
ID's must be furnished upon request.
Violation of the stipluations above above stipulation are cause for immediate eviction without refund of rent paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tenant represents self to be an adult 21 years or older.
Owner rents properrty without respect to race, color, religion, sex, handicap or familial status of tenant.
