Welcome to The Beach Road Bed and Breakfast! One of the newer additions! The house was built in 2023. It is a 3500 sq ft spacious bright property with 4 private suites. If you like a lot of space, we have Top Shelf suite for you! It is an entire top floor with oversized living room, dining room, full kitchen, sunroom, bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. You can enjoy ocean views and gorgeous sunrises from your private large deck!
If you looking for something saller, we got you! We have 3 private bedrooms each with a bathroom on a second floor. House features private pool on a front yard. Common area downstairs with a living room and a kitchenette. We serve simple continental breakfast every morning. We are pet friendly! So bring your four-legged friends with you. House is located on a Beach road, a short 2 minute walk to the beach access.

Great Central Location
Property located on the beach road at milepost 6.5, the Beach Road B&B is just across the street from the 5th Street beach access. Walk about a block to the south to Avalon Fishing Pier and Awful Arthur's restaurant. Few minute walk to Target, just around the corner, or movie theatre. Central location ensures an easy drive to all OBX attractions.

Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a kitchenette and living room with TV shared by all guests. Continental breakfast and happy hour are provided here daily. You can also enjoy some snacks, drinks, and coffee. Kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric water kettle.
2nd Floor
The 2nd floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Atlantic View - Large bedroom facing east towards the ocean with a large private deck with ocean views and seating options. Room has 2 queen beds and a sofa in sitting area. Large private bathroom with separate tub and shower. Smart TV, Free WiFi.
- Corolla - Standard bedroom with a queen bed, and a private patio off the northwest side of the house. Private bathroom with tub/shower. Smart TV, Free WiFi.
- Hatteras - Standard bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. Private bathroom with tub/shower. Smart TV, Free WiFi.
3rd Floor
Third floor is a specious private master suite. You get the whole floor to yourself! The space consist of spacious living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Bedroom has 1 queen bed with a full open plan bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower. Kitchen is fully stuffed for you to cook and enjoy your favorite meal! The suite is set up for 3 people with 1 queen bed and 1 rollaway bed. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean. Enjoy beautiful sunrises in a morning! Also sunroom is a great touch.
