Stay on out beautiful pet-friendly property! Completed in 2021, this 4000 sq/ft home on beach road with gorgeous views of ocean and sound. Beach access is right across the street. House has a private pool and hot tub. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, kitchen, kitchenette, game room provide lots of space to enjoy your beach vacation. Available for Sunday-Sunday in season, and nightly or monthly rentals in off-season.
Great South Nags Head Location
Located on the beach road across the street from oceanfront. Great location! You can overlook both ocean and the sound from many decks of the house. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and sun rises! Beach access is right across the street, allowing a very short walk to beach. South Nags Head location is close to shopping, restaurants and activities, while still being a bit quieter than our KDH and Nags Head locations which are more centrally located.
Accommodates Large Families
Beautiful spacious and bright house with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. 4000 sq ft interior and 1500 sq ft of decks around the house. House has 6 queens beds and 2 twin beds.
Top floor has large living room, dinning room, half bath and a kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meal. Oversized master bedroom and open concept bathroom located on a third floor as well. Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms each with private bath and sitting area. First floor has 1 bedroom, there is a full bath on a floor, living room, kitchenette and play room. House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival. We are pet friendly! So bring your four-legged friends!
Outside Fun
After busy day at the beach enjoy private pool with a deck for fun and relaxation. We also have a private hot tub on a front deck.
Each floor features large decks, over 1500 sr ft of decks around the house. Great space to enjoy your coffee in a morning with a sun rise or glass of wine in a evening with a sunset.. There is a beach shop right at the corner and you can take a short walk to the candy shop on a main road! Many restaurants and shops close by as well!
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a living room, kitchenette, game room, bedroom as well as a full bath with shower. Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds, which is perfect for kids.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- East bedroom suite has 2 queen beds and a small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck with views of ocean and sunrises.
- Two west bedrooms each have queen beds and sitting areas, private bathrooms with jetted tub/showers, and large decks overlooking pool with views of sound and sunsets.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable and spacious living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living room in an open floor plan configuration with a large deck with an ocean view. Large master bedroom suite is on west side of house, complete with open concept bathroom with jetted tub and a separate shower and a large deck with views of sound and sunsets.
