Stay in our beautiful spacious bright pet-friendly house! Completed in 2022 this 4000 sq/ft home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. House provides lots of space for everyone to enjoy their beach vacation. Property located on a beach road just across the street from beach access. And short few minutes walk from Janet's Pier. There are over 1500 sq ft of decks around the house to enjoy spectacular sunsets and sunrises. You can overlook the ocean and the sound from the house. We also have a private pool and a hot tub, there is something to do for everyone! Available for Sunday-Sunday in season, and nightly or monthly rentals in off-season.
Great South Nags Head Location
Located on the beach road across the street from oceanfront, closest beach access is less than a block to the south allowing a very short walk to the beach. Short walk to Janet's Pier. You can walk to locals favorite Sam's and Omie's restaurant, Dunes burger, or get some ice cream at Fat Boys. Also there is a great play ground for kids across from the Pier. South Nags Head location is close to shopping, restaurants and activities, while still being a bit quieter than our KDH and Nags Head locations which are more centrally located.
Accommodates Large Families
Spacious 4000 sq ft floor plan with 5 large bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 14 people.
House has a total of 6 queens beds and 2 twins.Home is designed to accommodate large families comfortably. There is a spacious living room area on a third floor with fully equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms with private bathrooms on a 3rd and 2nd floor. Every bedroom has a sitting area and access to the deck.
On the first floor there is another living room and a kitchenette. As well as 5th bedroom and a full bathroom. Also we have a game room downstairs. Plenty of room for big groups! House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
The house is located across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the beach access. After the day at the beach you can enjoy private pool with a deck or a hot tub.
Each floor features large decks. There are over 1500 sq ft of decks around the house. You can enjoy gorgeous views of both the ocean and the sound. You will see spectacular Outer Banks sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of your vacation house! There plenty to do and to see here. Take a drive to the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, only about 7 miles drive, drive a little farther to Oregon Inlet. Walk to Janet's Pier. Take a short drive to OBX Pier and Fish Heads restaurant. Many more attractions, restaurants and shops around here.
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find yourself in a living room with kitchenette, full bathroom with a shower, and a game room. Also on a first floor is a bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Great space for kids to hang out. Kitchenette equipped with a full fridge and a microwave for your convenience. Washer and drier are here as well.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- East bedroom suite has 2 queen beds and a small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck with views of ocean and sunrises.
- Two west bedrooms each have queen beds and sitting areas, private bathrooms with jetted tub/showers, and large decks overlooking pool with views of sound and sunsets.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable spacious living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living room in an open floor plan configuration with a large deck with an ocean view. Large master bedroom suite is on west side of house, complete with open concept bathroom with jetted tub and a separate shower and a large deck with views of sound and sunsets.
Kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and enjoy your favorite meal. Enjoy a cup of coffee in a morning on a deck watching a sunrise over the ocean. Or a glass of wine in an evening as the sun sets before your eyes.
