Stay in our beautiful, spacious and bright home! New construction (completed July 2024). This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom property is equipped to host 18 people. Over 4500 sq. ft. house with over 1500 sq.ft. of decks around the property. Decks allow you to oversee gorgeous ocean and sound views. House is located on the beach road. Short drive to both Janet's and OBX Piers. Bedrooms are all oversized with private bathrooms. There is a private pool on a back yard and a hot tub for your enjoyment. We are pet friendly! So bring your four-legged friends with you!
Accommodates Large Families
Spacious 4500 sq ft floor plan with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 18 people.
House has a total of 7 queens beds and 4 twins in 6 bedrooms.
Home is designed to accommodate two or more families comfortably with main kitchen on top floor, and a kitchenette on ground floor.
House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
Public beach access with parking is about half a mile walk from the house. The beach in this area is less crowded and wider than more central locations. After the day at the beach enjoy a private pool with deck or a private hot tub.
Each floor features large decks with gorgeous overview of the ocean and a sound. Enjoy Outer Bank's praised sunrises and sunsets. OBX Pier with locals favorite Fish Heads restaurants is only 0.7 mile away. Take a quick ride or a nice relaxing walk. One of not many places were you can enjoy your meal with ocean views. Jannet's pier only about a mile away. Plenty places for fishing! Short 5 mile drive to historic Bodie Island Lighthouse. You will find plenty to do for everybody!
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a Living room, kitchenette, and a full bath with shower. There are two bedrooms on a first floor. Each has 1 queen and 1 twin beds. Kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge and a microwave.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- East bedroom suite has 2 queen beds and a desk with a chair if you require some work space. There is a Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to private deck with views of ocean and sunrises. Also enjoy private sun room to overview the ocean.
- Two west bedrooms each has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Rooms feature private bathrooms with jetted tub/showers, and large decks overlooking pool with views of sound and sunsets.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find very spacious and comfortable living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living room in an open floor plan configuration with a deck with an ocean view. There is a sun room on a top floor as well with gorgeous ocean views. Large master bedroom suite is on west side of the house, complete with open concept bathroom with jetted tub and a separate shower and a large deck with views of sound and sunsets.
