Welcome to our cozy house in a private community in Duck! Newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beach home with private pool and a hot tub. House is set to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. About 2000 sq ft house with spacious living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful sun room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom for your convenience. There are TVs with Hulu Live, Disney and ESPN+ in all bedrooms and the living room, and free high speed WiFi throughout. Property is located in private community with community beach access only few minutes walk from the house. You can enjoy access to community pool and tennis court as well. We are pet-friendly! So bring your four-legged friend with you.
Great Location
Home located on east side of Hwy 12, a very short walk to private neighborhood beach access, and there is also a bike path to downtown Duck, less than a mile walk, bike or drive to great shopping, coffee, restaurants and views of the sound. Tuckahoe is a quiet neighborhood with oversize lots, private beach access with parking, and community pool and tennis court. Beach access only few minutes walk.
Duck is very cozy small town, with a lot of greenery, sidewalks and friendly people. You will find good food and unique local shops in a downtown area.
3rd Floor
The top floor of the house contains main living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sun room, large living room as well as one bedroom with full bath. Living room and bedroom have direct access to east deck. Bedroom has a full bath (shower) that also opens to common area, and direct access to east deck. Bedroom has 1 queen bed. Large decks on both sides of the house with chairs and a swing. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Or stay indoor in a sunroom and overlook beautiful quiet neighborhood.
2nd Floor
The second floor features 4 bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms and a large deck on east and south sides of the house.
- NE bedroom has queen bed, full bath with tub/shower, direct access to east deck.
- SE bedroom has queen bed, full bath with tub/shower, direct access to east deck.
- NW bedroom has queen bed, full bath with tub/shower.
- SW bedroom has two twin beds, full bath with shower.
Ground Floor
The ground level has a laundry room with washer/dryer and some storage space. There is outdoor shower, driveway with carport under the house, and private pool in yard on south side of the house. We also have a hot tub as a new addition for you to enjoy.
