Great Location
Home located on east side of Hwy 12, a very short walk to private neighborhood beach access, and there is also a bike path to downtown Duck, less than a mile walk, bike or drive to great shopping, coffee, restaurants and views of the sound. Tuckahoe is a quiet neighborhood with oversize lots, private beach access with parking, and community pool and tennis court.

The top floor of the house contains main living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sun room, large living room as well as one bedroom with full bath. Living room and bedroom have direct access to east deck. SE bedroom has a full bath (shower) that also opens to common area, and direct access to east deck.

The second floor features 4 bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms and a large deck on east and south sides of the house.
