Another great property to spend your summer vacation at! Home was built in 2020, and is quickly becoming a guest favorite for family gatherings. About 3500 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The house is set to accommodate up to 15 people. Located in a central part of the OBX close to all attractions, restaurants and shops. We are pet friendly! So bring your four-legged friend with you. Located on a beach road, right across the street from beach access. Has a private pool and a hot tub. Available for weekly rentals year round (Saturday turns in season), and nightly or monthly rentals in off-season.
Great Central Location
Home is on the beach road, directly across street from ocean front. Public beach access available to north and south, only minutes away. Great food, coffee, deserts and shopping within easy walking distance, and a short drive to all outer banks attractions. There are plenty to do for everybody. About half a mile walk to the shopping center with local favorite coffee shop Front Porch Cafe, Pizzazz pizzeria, Food Lion grocery supermarket, Subway and other stores. Down the beach road you will find great restaurants and unique gift shops.

Home is designed to accommodate large families with spacious living room on a third floor and fully equipped kitchen. As well as a game room and a kitchenette downstairs.
House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
House located on a beach road. Beach access is a few minutes walk. Enjoy the ocean and the beach. After you get home jump in a private pool. Or get in a hot tub.
Each floor features large decks with great views, including views of ocean from 3rd floor. You will enjoy beautiful sunrise over the ocean in a morning. Go for a walk down the street. Breeze fresh ocean air. Visit one of many unique gift shops. You wont get bored here!
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a game room, kitchenette, as well as a full bath with shower. There is one bedroom downstairs with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Perfect space for kids. Kitchenette equipped with a full size fridge and a microwave for your convenience.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Master suite has 2 queen beds and a small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck overlooking pool.
- Two rear bedrooms each have queen bed and one also has a twin bed. Both have private bathrooms with jetted tub/shower.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable spacious living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living rooms in an open floor plan configuration, as well as the large master bedroom suite, complete with deluxe open concept bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Large ocean view deck in front of house with patio decks wrapping around the north side as well. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and enjoy your favorite meal.
