The Pierhouse Bed and Breakfast was built in 2017, and is owned and operated by Mike McVearry, who's built over 30 custom homes in the Outer Banks over the last 40 years.

In the back half of ground floor is the Sea Level Suite, a 1 bedroom studio apartment suite, with a small kitchen, private bathroom, living room, and private entrance.
2nd Floor
The 2nd floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Pier View Room - Facing east towards the ocean with a large private deck with picnic table and love swing. Room has 2 queen beds and a sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower.
- Deckside Room - Bedroom with full bath with jetted tub located on west side of house has 1 queen bed and a private balcony.
- Pier Breeze Room - Bedroom with full bath with jetted tub located on west side of house has 1 queen and 1 twin bed.
3rd Floor
Captain's Quarters Suite encompasses the entire 3rd floor
- Full Kitchen, Living and Dining Rooms, as well as a powder room in open floor plan
- Private master bedroom suite with a queen bed and deluxe bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower
