Sandbar Beach Road 2510 Beach House
One of four homes in addition to Something Fishy gift shop, all located on adjoining beach road properties and operated by Sandbar Beach Rentals. Home was built in 2004, and operated as a B&B property until being converted to a whole house rental in 2021. It's a guest favorite for family gatherings. Available for weekly rentals in season (Saturday turns), and 2-4 night minimums year round.

Home is on the beach road, directly across street from ocean front.
Public beach access available to north and south, only minutes away.
Great food and shopping within easy walking distance, and a short drive to all outer banks attractions.
Accommodates Large Families
Spacious floor plan with 4 bedrooms, bonus suite and 6.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 13 people.
House has 6 queens beds and 1 twin beds total.
Home is designed to accommodate two families comfortably with main kitchen on top floor, and secondary kitchenettes on ground floor.
House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
Yard features a private pool with deck for fun and relaxation while at home.
Private hot tub is on on front porch overlooking pool.
Each floor features large decks with great views.
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a gathering area, secondary kitchen, as well as a full bath with shower along with a bonus suite in back half of house.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Master suite has 2 queen beds and a small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck overlooking pool.
- Two rear bedrooms each have queen beds, and one also has a twin bed. Each has a private bathroom with showers.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living room in an open floor plan configuration, as well as the large master bedroom suite, complete with jetted tub and separate shower. Large ocean view deck in front of house, as well as a bonus observation deck at roof level.
