Welcome to one of our properties! Spacious 3500 sq ft property with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Home was built in 2004. It's a guest favorite for family gatherings. Property comfortably accommodates up to 13 people. You will enjoy large decks with ocean views from the top floor. There is a private pool and a hot tub on a property. Located on a beach road only few minutes walk to the beach access. We are pet friendly! So bring your four-legged friend with you. Available for weekly rentals in season (Saturday turns), and 2-4 night minimums year round.
Great Central Location
Home is on the beach road, directly across street from ocean front.
Public beach access available to north and south, only minutes away.
Great food and shopping within easy walking distance, and a short drive to all outer banks attractions. About half a mile walk to the shopping center with Food Lion, locals favorite coffee shop Front Porch, Pizzazz pizzeria, Subway and other stores. Walk down the beach road to find local restaurants and many unique gift shops. 2 minute walk to the Booy Treat ice cream shop. Wright Brothers memorial a short drive and many other attractions are near by.

Spacious 3500 sq ft floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 13 people. One of the bedrooms located downstairs as a part of a separate little apartment.
House has 6 queens beds and 1 twin beds total.
Home is designed to accommodate large families comfortably. Large living room on a third floor and fully equipped kitchen, as well as another smaller living area downstairs and a kitchenette provide plenty of space for big group.
House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
House is located on a beach road just steps from the beach access. Yard features a private pool with deck for fun and relaxation while at home.
Private hot tub is on on front porch overlooking pool.
Each floor features large decks with great views. You can enjoy ocean views from the top deck. And have a cup of coffee overlooking sun rise over the ocean. Go for a walk down the street. Stop at one of many unique shops. Your dog with love beach walks!
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a gathering area, kitchenette as well as a full bath with shower. There is a bonus suite in back half of the house. The suit is perfect for someone who like to have a little more control over their time while vacationing with family. The suit features a bedroom with a queen bed, living room and small but full kitchen. Suit has a private entrance. Kitchenette in a common area equipped with a full fridge and a microwave for your convenience.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Master suite has 2 queen beds and a small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck overlooking pool.
- Two rear bedrooms each have queen beds, and one also has a twin bed. Each has a private bathroom with showers.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable spacious living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living room in an open floor plan configuration, as well as the large master bedroom suite, complete with jetted tub and separate shower. Large ocean view deck in front of the house, as well as a bonus observation deck at roof level. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and enjoy your favorite meal. Enjoy beautiful views from the deck and breeze in fresh ocean air.
