Sandbar 2509 Beach House
Welcome to our spacious bright beach house! Home is over 3500 sq ft was built in 2012, and remains one of our most popular properties. House is set to accommodate up to 14 people with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Located only couple minutes walk from the beach with easy walking pass to the beach road. Enjoy ocean views from the top floor. There is a private pool and a hot tub at the property. We are pet friendly! bring your four-legged friends with you. Available for weekly rentals year round (Saturday-Saturday in season), and 2-4 night minimum or monthly rentals in off-season.
Great Central Location
Home is one lot removed from the beach road, with direct walking pass access through adjacent properties.
Public beach access available to north and south, only minutes away.
Great food, coffee, deserts and shopping within easy walking distance, and a short drive from all outer banks attractions. House is less than a half a mile from the shopping center. There you can find Food Lion, Front Porch Cafe (great local coffee shop), Pizzazz pizza, Subway and other stores. Booty Treats ice cream shop is a short walking distance away. Many local restaurants and unique gift shops down the Beach Road.
Accommodates Large Families
Our property is very spacious about 3500 sq ft. There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. We have 5 queen beds, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds to comfortably host up to 14 people.
Home is designed to accommodate large families. Top floor has a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, also we have extra kitchenette on a first floor. Plenty of space to accommodate large family.
House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilette paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
Take a short walk to the beach thru the walking pass to enjoy salty water and sandy beaches. After you get home enjoy a private pool with a deck. Private hot tub available on 3rd floor deck.
Each floor features large decks with great views, with a bonus observation deck at roof level. You can oversee the ocean from the top deck. And enjoy gorgeous sunrise over the ocean in a morning.
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a game room, a kitchenette, as well as a full bath with shower. Kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge and a microwave.
One of the bedrooms is on a first floor with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. It is perfect as a kid room. Game room is equipped with a pool table and a foosball Thru the sliding doors you exit to the bottom deck and the pool area.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Master suite has 2 queen beds and small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck overlooking the pool.
- Two rear bedrooms each have a queen bed as well as private bathroom with shower.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living room in an open floor plan configuration, as well as the large master bedroom suite, complete with jetted tub and separate shower. Large ocean view deck with hot tub in front of the house, as well as a bonus observation deck at roof level. Kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook and enjoy your favorite meal. Step out on a deck to enjoy fresh air and beautiful views.
